Super Champs to Launch CHAMP Token on Coinbase's Base Network, Expanding Crypto Gaming Ecosystem

Super Champs is an anime-inspired mobile gaming franchise. It has two games out already, along with an NFT collection, a comic book, and more. The first game, Racket Rampage, is a tennis-themed action role-playing game. The second is a battle royale shooter called Bullet League.

CHAMP will be the main currency for buying Super Champs assets. This includes NFTs, cosmetics, and subscriptions. Plus, it will play a key role in season-based rewards programs.

Right now, Super Champs is in its second season of rewards. Players can earn points by completing game quests and social tasks. These points will determine how many CHAMP tokens players will get in a future airdrop.

Out of a total supply of 1 billion tokens, 30% is set aside for community rewards. This includes rewards for NFT holders and token stakers. Another 30% is dedicated to ecosystem development. Additionally, 20.5% will go to early investors in the Super Champs Universe through Joyride Games, and 8% is reserved for liquidity.

These allocations will start unlocking on November 20, as stated in the Super Champs white paper. The full release will take 60 months. Lastly, 11.5% will be held for a few months for team members and contributors.

CHAMP is also designed to be a governance token. However, the exact details are still unclear. It’s likely that token holders will be able to vote on proposals for the Super Champs ecosystem, possibly through a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO).

Aerodrome, a decentralized exchange, is partnering with Super Champs for this token launch. This means it will probably be the first place users can buy CHAMP.
